At Zinko, we want you to be completely satisfied with your home decor and furniture. If your purchase doesn't perfectly fit your space, you can return or exchange eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your Zinko account and select the order you wish to return, or contact our customer support team with your order number and reason for return.

  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the items are in their original condition, unused, and packed in the original Zinko packaging including all assembly tools and manuals.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  Once your request is approved, our logistics partner will contact you to schedule a convenient time to collect the items directly from your home.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
